Q: How do I go about getting a quote for my event?
A: The easiest way to start this process is to send us an email with the details of your function and a brief description of what you will need. If you send the initial enquiry through to email hidden; JavaScript is required with your full email signature provided, we can contact you to discuss your requirements.
Alternatively, if your event is at a venue where we are in-house or a preferred supplier, you can send your email directly to the corresponding email address. Click here for a list of contact email addresses.
Q: I’m happy with my quote and wish to proceed. What’s the next step?
A: You will find an acceptance page at the end of your quote. This page needs to be signed and returned to us. You can fax it through to 02 9666 3346 or email it to email hidden; JavaScript is required
Once the confirmed quote is received, an invoice will be issued with payment options at the bottom of the invoice.
Q: Do you accept AMEX?
A: Unfortunately, no. We accept Mastercard and Visa credit card payments. Alternatively, you can pay by Direct Deposit or cheque. You can find payment options at the bottom of your invoice.
