One week, four cities…six events…Innovative was off on a whirlwind national roadshow with The Collaborative to execute Bankwest’s “Meet the MD” large-scale conference events.
The number one priority was to ensure each event was sleek, confident and well executed to match the professionalism of the new MD.
Ben Shannon, one of Innovative’s trusted technical managers, took charge to oversee the smooth delivery of the onscreen and video content creation. Many hours went into the pre-production including pre-visualisation of banners in the various rooms to see how it would look. Ben created the opening sequence video from scratch to incorporate the branding used throughout the sponsorship and to reveal the new “growing together” theme.
Ben also designed all keynote presentations which were then resized and amended for various different aspect ratios which included 4:3, 16:9 and 3:1. These changes were made during the roadshow to allow the largest screen surfaces to be used in each of the venues – needless to say, Ben is still catching up on sleep!
It was paramount that each conference had the same consistent delivery and utilised the custom built branding (which was toured around the country). The tireless effort put into the pre-production contributed to the overall success of the roadshow. The Collaborative’s attention to detail and thorough planning guaranteed the 6 individual conferences in Sydney, Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane (all within 7 days) were executed flawlessly.
