About the Event: 

As part of Vivid Sydney, our brand-new L-Acoustics KARA system had its maiden voyage as the Sydney Youth Orchestra moved us with the perfect soundtrack to a mesmerizing Drone sequence outside the Sydney Opera House. With 100 drones emerging over the harbour, dancing to the music and displaying different formations of iconic buildings, the Intel Drone 100 show exemplifies what it means to reinvent experiences with new technology. The KARA system was the perfect choice as the sound quality and SPL coverage is consistent for large-scale events in outside conditions.

Alongside our full audio solution was a lighting system that would light the orchestra and surrounding area, without impeding on the Drones. With beautiful warm tones and saturated colours, the lighting design complemented the stars of the show very well.
